Kami menyadari bahwa kemampuan tersebut merupakan harapan dari Manajemen, Pelanggan, Pekerja serta pihak lain yang berkepentingan. Untuk memenuhi harapan tersebut kami menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Terpadu dan mengharuskan segenap Manajer, Superintendent dan Pekerja Senior untuk memiliki peran dan kepemimpinan dalam mengendalikan risiko dan peluang serta aspek lingkungan penting yang terkait dengan produk, aktivitas dan jasa perusahaan. Mengevaluasi pencapaian kinerja mutu dan lingkungan untuk menjamin terciptanya continual improvement pada Sistem Manajemen Mutu dan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan.

Evaluate the achievement of quality and environmental performance to ensure continual improvement on quality management system and environmental management system.

Membangun kesadaran seluruh pekerja agar mempunyai mindset dan perilaku untuk mencapai perusahaan ramah lingkungan dan berorientasi kepada kepuasan pelanggan.

Develop an awareness of all workers to have the mindset and behavior to achieve an environmental friendly and oriented to costumer’s satisfaction. Kebijakan sistem manajemen terpadu ini harus dipahami dan dilaksanakan oleh manajemen, karyawan dan semua pihak di PT PATRA SK serta dikomunikasikan kepada semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses bisnis perusahaan.
